Hello February
It seems like forever since I was back home for Christmas, but at the same time it seems like January just flew by. Time is a strange thing. I suppose being busy but feeling like I’m getting nowhere is probably what causes the odd flow of time. February hasn’t started out much different, but I do feel a little bit more accomplished in the last couple days that I have in a while. It’s amazing what do neglected chores can do for a place!
Anyways, I did finally go for a photo walk last weekend. I posted some of the photos from that walk over on my facebook page. It was not as fun as I had hoped. The views were nice, but not exciting. And the amount of plastic bags stuck in trees and bushes disgusted me a little. But there were a few shots taken from that walk that made me glad I went. The walk itself was good for me too.
I have spent a huge amount of time in the last month playing video games. As I type this post I am thinking about going and playing Adventures of Link (Zelda 2) while R naps. The original plan for this afternoon was to make an updated, more organized inventory list of my products. And whether I buckle down and do the inventory (not likely…) or go play video games (YES!) I will have my headphones in my ears listening to my mp3 player. I spend most of my hours listening to music, unless there is hockey on tv or I have to help people at work (we are allowed to listen to our mp3 players at work, which is awesome).
There are going to be some changes happening that I am not sure I am prepared for, but then again I am always nervous when things are new to me. I have been assured that it will not be as bad as I think and I am capable and have the maturity to do them. Fingers are crossed.
And on a completely unrelated note, I leave you with a little advice: Do not listen to movie reviews because everyone has their own taste in movies. I for one very much enjoyed Hansel & Gretal: Witch Hunters despite the horrible reviews it has been getting. If you want to see it don’t expect an epic storyline…it is exactly what it looks like in the previews: pointless, ridiculous violence with some cheesy lines and lots of profanity! …also Jeremy Renner is pretty hot, but that really is beside the point.
Hope everyone had a great January, Happy February!

I usually end up playing video games instead of anything productive as well :P And what changes are we talking about? Is it at work or at home? I really want to see Hansel and Gretel I might go sometime this week. I was thinking about going today but I had a nap instead LOL
